Upon arrival, I was kinda surprised to find that my room had been upgraded. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, with no sign of any hairs or unhygienic conditions. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, promptly changing my room when requested. There was even a sweet touch with chocolates provided for Valentine's Day. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the tourist attractions and with halal restaurants conveniently located below the hotel. there were money changers nearby, making it convenient for travelers. I had a pleasant stay at Queen Central Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel's location is convenient, as it is right next to the famous Ben Thanh Market and located in the central area of the city. Being so close to all major attractions made exploring this city easy. the staff at the hotel were excellent, always going above and beyond to provide friendly and helpful service. I was impressed by their enthusiasm in recommending and helping me find nice places to visit.
